Founder:
Parmanand Primary School, an education institute founded in 1998 by Anita Narasimhan, a qualified social worker and counselor with 35 yrs of experience. In the seventies, her exposure to counseling juvenile prisoners, created in her a strong urge to provide them with basic education as a means to empower and uplift them from the vicious cycle of poverty and crime.
She recognized a need for providing education for the under privileged in ’private schools’. The financial resources were drawn from her personal savings, family and friends. Her team of qualified teachers use every opportunity to seek out children of domestic workers, farmers and contract labourers to discuss ways to empower them about the benefits of education.

Billimoria & Co (now called as Delloite Haskins & Sells).A Fellow Member at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Institute of Company Secretaries of India and Trustee of Annadana Soil & Seed Savers.

2. Ms. Sangita Sharma, Communications and Strategy Advisor
Corporate Affairs specialist with over 18 years experience in the Multi-National Corporate sector. 5 years ago, she consciously decided to shift her focus to advise farmers on the practice of low cost sustainable farming by applying organic principles. A self- contained farmer, an activist and trustee of Annadana Soil and Seed Savers.

3. Ms. M. Navina
M.Sc in Psychology, Certified in Counseling from Christ College. Her career began with an N.G.O. working with children from marginalised segments of the community, thereon as a counselors with M.S.Ramaiah hospital. Her mission is embodied in the words, "our thoughts make us and hence the choice of happiness lies within us". Currently she works with ING Vysya Bank.
